Let's ruin our childhoods by doing a dive into Cryptozoology with special guest Tyler! That's right, this week we are covering our top 5 Cryptids of the Americas. But wait, what's a cryptid you ask? Well Google defines a Cryptozoology as: the search for and study of animals whose existence or survival is disputed or unsubstantiated, such as the Loch-Ness monster and the yeti. So buckle up and prepare to hear about some bullshit. The list starts at 26:30 We also give you some life updates. Vinny got carded at a work function. He watched Midsommar and had a great time! His office has become an apocalyptic wasteland of holiday decor. Tyler read the ‘Three Body Problem’, played Overwatch, and has been running non-stop in anticipation of his half marathon in November. He also let us know that science is still going well. Grayson is still fighting fleas 24/7 in his apartment. Please send all thoughts and prayers his way in this trying time. Stay strong Grayson. #69 – 3 Cool Guys Live from the Home Office

Hello and welcome to this early Fall podcast epis…

Hello and welcome to this early Fall podcast episode! Derek had a busy Labor Day weekend drinking Truly hard seltzer and eating bagels. He also is back on the fitness wagon and ordered some DELICIOUS premade meals. Vinny had a bittersweet Labor Day. It was filled with some great times, but he had to bid farewell to Cape Cod Starbucks until next Summer. He hopes Ruth remembers the great times they shared, and that he doesn’t spell his name with an ‘ie’. He also discovered that he is mostly Irish, thanks to Ancestry.com. Grayson moved into his new Dorchester apartment, but has yet to meet all his roommates. During the long weekend he went to New Hampshire to create some memories with his family. He also met his elderly neighbor who saved him from being towed (Old people are cool!). Oh and he might have food poisoning due to eating some questionable deli meat at lunch. Get well soon Grayson! We have a huge announcement in this episode so you better listen! Derek had a busy week travelling. His first stop was in New York City, from there he went to Washington DC, and to top it all off he went to Michigan for a wedding (he was the +1). He also experienced some flight troubles along the way so buckle up for that. He also booked a trip to London in October. Vinny also travelled but it was only out to westfield MA (for work). He also joined a fantasy football league and has no idea what he’s doing so that's cool. Go sports! He’s still running a lot because he signed up for the BAA half marathon. And to top it all off he booked a trip to Halifax in October. Grayson’s apartment hunt is finally over! He found a lovely new home in Dorchester, and it's a 1 year lease and he is saving money! Yay! He also helped yet another person move. For Labor Day weekend he is going to New Hampshire to get some R and R. Also in this episode Caroline's cat corner returns and here is where the major news is dropped! To cap it all off, we talk about the terrifying EEE and monstrous mosquitoes who carry the virus Remember to stay safe when you go outside! And of course we talk about the recent space news and Mars. #67 – Give Me A Break!

Hello and welcome to the episode where we talk wa…

Hello and welcome to the episode where we talk way too much about Dunkin’s new KIT KAT® COOLATTA® (you can blame Grayson for this). Derek spent his week by going to the driving range, playing mini-golf, and travelling to Manchester by the Sea town beach. He also went Trillium Brewing located in the Seaport for a certain special someone’s birthday. Grayson is still very busy looking for a new place to live and found a hidden gem in Dorchester. And when I say hidden gem I mean 16 bedrooms, 1 washer and dryer set, and a concrete wall. He also helped a friend move and got 1 noodle bowl in compensation. Oh, and he still has his car. Vinny rode a bike for the first time in a long time on the Cape Cod Rail Trail. He didn't fall off but he was very scared he might. He also started brewing up his own cold brew at home and doesn't quite have the recipe down yet. Any tips on this would be gladly appreciated. A Cape Cod Starbucks update is also given. We also talk about some news and other goings on in the area. Oh and always remember to clean out your belly button, there can be a rain forest of bacteria in there. Recorded 8/15/2019. Welcome to a very special Grayson-themed episode! Grayson’s car got towed by the city of Boston and had a splendid time recovering it. He’s also on the hunt for a new apartment and is learning how difficult it can be to find a new place in the late Summer. Derek went to a cookout and finished his first Dungeons & Dragons campaign. Congrats Derek! He also saw Once Upon a Time in Hollywood for the second time and still thinks it's fantastic. Vinny went to Charleston SC for work and found it to be a cleaner version of New Orleans. No news or other topics discussed in this episode, only personal growth and reflection. Recorded 8/8/2019. Welcome to this completely backwards episode! We were so fired up we ended up jumping right into the democratic political debates and the horrifying results of The Bachelorette finale. Spoilers right up front: no one (not even Grayson who doesn't even watch the show) liked Hannah’s final rose decision. Poor Pilot Pete, you will on in our hearts forever. Vinny participated in the annual ‘Run to Home Base’ at Fenway Park and had a terrifying encounter with the Red Sox’s mascot. Grayson visited Revere beach where the International Sand Sculpting Festival was being held. This year’s theme was the 50th anniversary of the moon landing. Derek saw ‘Once Upon a Time in Hollywood’, no spoilers in this episode about it. And everyone played Dungeons and Dragons together on Sunday and lived happily ever after. We also talk about Ninja’s new streaming platform, ranking of democratic political candidates, and the films of Quentin Tarantino. Recorded 8/1/2019. Welcome to our Action-packed MCU themed episode!

Welcome to our Action-packed MCU themed episode! Marvel had a lot to unveil at this year’s Comic-Con and Vinny, Derek, Grayson, and Tony are all here to break it down. First we talk about Avengers: Endgame, then Spiderman: Far From Home before diving into all the phase 4 and 5 announcements. We also rank the MCU movies and give next new project our own hype rating. We also discuss the original Blade trilogy (Making a playlist to hunt vampires? Really?), Westworld season 3 (and the hope that it sticks to one timeline), HBO’s Watchmen series (Dr.Manhattan FTW), and some of the heat Game of Thrones got at Comic-Con. Enjoy. Recorded 7/23/2019. What a treat! A Derek and Vinny solo show, just like in the olden days! Remember when the boys would just talk about nostalgia and shenanigans while drinking wine? Well now they’re adults who talk about grown up things like politics and adulting! Derek went to Cape Cod for vacation and visited Provincetown, while avoiding the beach. He also saw Silverstein, August Burns Red, Day to Remember, and Phish. Vinny went to the Chatham parade for the 4th of July and roasted on the majestic Cape Cod National Seashore beaches. He also toured the Highland lighthouse in Truro and has a bit of situation going on with a certain Starbucks barista. We also talk about some movies we’ve seen, Aladdin(9 lamps out of 10) & Spider-Man: Far From Home(8 webs out of 10) and some sports and politics headlines. Recorded 7/9/2019.
